Placing An Order

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment.

Do you process orders on weekends?

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you’ve completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.

I want to shop in person! Do you have a physical location?

Not yet! As of now Hatched Boutique is an online store only and doesn’t have a brick-and-mortar location.


I filled out the wrong shipping address! How can I change my order?

Because we process and ship items quickly, there is little time to cancel or change your order before it’s on its way. If you need to change any information on your order, please email us at info@hatchedonline.net as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Read about international rates here.

What do I do if my order isn’t here on time?

Every package comes with a tracking number. If your item doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery time displayed on the tracking information, please contact us.

What can I do if my item was damaged during shipping?

We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Once our packages are shipped, the US Postal Service/UPS is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs. Please contact the shipping company with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Hatched Boutique items are eligible for return within 14 calendar days of purchase.* For the returns to be accepted, they must be unworn and in their original packing. All refunds are processed within 10-15 days after the item is returned to our facility. Email us at hatched.boutique@gmail.com to begin the return process.

*Customized apparel and holiday items can only be returned if damaged.

What is your exchange policy?

Hatched Boutique does not allow exchanges. If you’d like to order a different size, color, or product, please return the original product and then place a new order online.
