Shipping Policies

We are dedicated to professional, reliable service and our commitment naturally extends to the shipping process. Use the info on this page to plan your purchase or resolve any issues you’re currently having with shipping. While we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction, there are also a few scenarios we WON’T be responsible for. Scroll down to find out what those are.

Shipping Rates

  • For continental US there is a $6 flat rate shipping!! 
  • For orders to Canada, shipping prices are calculated based on the total weight of the order.
  • For orders to other countries, we will ship via UPS and shipping rates will vary.

Shipping Turnarounds

  • We’ll process, package, and ship any order made with standard shipping within 2-3 business days.
  • We ship between Monday and Friday but not on weekends and holidays (these days are for watching our little ones grow).

    Hatched Is NOT Responsible For:

    • Items lost or damaged in the mail: either the USPS or UPS will be responsible for those, depending on the shipping method.
    • Packages that the carrier marks as “delivered”: contact your local post office or UPS if you didn’t get your order, as they are the responsible party.
    • Packages that are not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times: these shipping times are guaranteed by USPS, therefore you should contact the carrier to resolve these issues. We will not offer a shipping refund in these scenarios.

    Notes on Tracking Numbers

    • If you notice anything wrong with your tracking number, reach out to the courier first to try and resolve the issue before contacting us.
    • Sometimes, tracking information will take 1-4 days to update. In rare cases, tracking information will fail to update at all. You should still receive your order, but you may contact us if the estimated shipping time has lapsed and the package has still not arrived.

    Wrong Address?

    Please try to enter your address correctly (i.e. triple-check) when making your order. To get your order to you as fast as possible, we speed up processing and shipping times whenever we can. That means you won’t have a big window of time to change or cancel your order or modify the destination address.
